PASCALE

Pascale is your local contact during your stay at the chalet. She is from Brittany, and has lived in Morillon for 15 years. She knows how to be discreet and efficient and will work to ensure you enjoy a dream holiday. Knowing all the best places to ski, snowboard, hike, fly, ride, sail, relax and enjoy traditional French and Savoyard cuisine, she’s the perfect guide!

During Giffre Valley summers, she likes to hike, sleep in a mountain refuge, and enjoys picking blueberries, wild strawberries, and raspberries in beautiful alpine settings, facing Mont Blanc in the sun. Pascale will share her lovingly prepared jams all summer long.

PASCAL

Pascal is from the Giffre Valley, he grew up in our mountains. He loves travel, and during one of his trips many years ago, Pascal met his American wife, Ana. In 2002, they moved back to the valley and spent nearly 10 years living there with his small family, raising his boys in the tiny authentic village. At that time, Pascal found the old barn that eventually became Chalet Forest. With vision and a lot of hard work, they renovated the 200 year old space. Using local materials and artisans, they transformed it into this magnificent chalet. In respect of the the traditions of the local dwellings, they created a blend of rustic charm, modern chic and serenity, a space perfect for gatherings of friends or family.

In 2011, Pascal, Ana and their two children returned to live in California, where they are real estate agents. They are really attached to the art of living in the French way, and regularly come to enjoy the wonders of the region and the pleasures of the mountain both in summer and winter.
